Lead the design and implementation of AI/ML solutions for complex, real-world business use cases Architect scalable AI systems covering data pipelines, model development, MLOps, deployment, and monitoring Collaborate closely with Consulting, Data, Cloud, and Engineering teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions Review technical designs, code, and model performance to ensure quality, security, and scalability Mentor and coach Junior/Mid-level AI Engineers, providing technical guidance and code reviews Support pre-sales activities such as solution ideation, technical proposals, and client workshops when required. Prepare and present technical documentation, solution architectures, and knowledge-sharing materials for internal teams and clients Proactively propose new AI approaches, tools, and architectures to improve delivery efficiency and business impact

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Proficient in Python, with solid knowledge of frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, or AI agents Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices (CI/CD for ML, model versioning, monitoring, retraining pipelines) Experience deploying AI solutions using cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) Experience acting as technical lead or sub-project lead in AI or data projects Ability to plan, estimate, and manage AI-related tasks, timelines, and technical dependencies
