What we’re looking forWe are looking for an experienced and passionate AI Engineer to join our team and work on cutting-edge projects that aim to transform the way our users engage with products on our platform. You will be a key player in developing and enhancing AI-powered solutions that elevate user experience and drive innovation across our marketplace.You’ll be working on two major projects:Chatbot LLM (Large Language Model): Develop AI-powered chatbots to help users discover products more effectively and assist sellers in learning about the products they are selling.Product Recommendation System: Build intelligent recommendation engines to suggest personalized products to users on our eCommerce platform, improving user satisfaction and sales performance.This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about leveraging AI in real-world applications and has the technical expertise to make an impact.ResponsibilitiesChatbot LLM Development: Design, develop, and maintain advanced chatbot systems powered by LLMs to enhance product discovery and seller learning in the marketplace. Work with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, and UX) to integrate AI-driven chatbot solutions with the eCommerce platform. Fine-tune and optimize existing language models for better contextual understanding and user interaction. Product Recommendation System: Build and optimize recommendation algorithms to provide personalized product suggestions based on user behavior, preferences, and browsing patterns. Work on data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model development for recommendation engines. Continuously monitor, test, and refine algorithms to ensure they remain effective and scalable. Research and Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and NLP technologies to apply state-of-the-art methods to our projects. Conduct research on new techniques, algorithms, and frameworks to improve the performance and scalability of AI systems. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and other engineers to ensure seamless integration of AI features into the platform. Provide clear communication and presentations of AI model outcomes, challenges, and results to stakeholders. Performance Optimization: Monitor the performance of AI models in production and fine-tune them for scalability and efficiency. Implement best practices for deploying AI systems at scale.
