AIR CONDITIONNER TEAM CAPTAIN/CA TRƯỞNG KỸ THUẬT ĐIỆN LẠNH

• Adhere to and monitor departmental operating expenses as per departmental budget and forecast.
• Assist in planning for the investment, project, and replacement budget on a yearly basis.

Operations:

• Technical installation on hotel plant, emergency generator, air conditioning system, laundry system, and cooling systems.
• Implement all necessary work procedures for preventive maintenance, initiate respective scheduled procedures, and monitor the carrying out of work as well as recording the results within an appropriate filing system.
• Managing and supervising a team of air conditioning technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Ensuring all air conditioning systems are well-maintained, scheduling and overseeing repairs, and troubleshooting issues.
• Implementing and managing a preventative maintenance program to minimize breakdowns and ensure optimal system performance.
• Monitoring energy consumption and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensuring all work is performed in compliance with relevant safety regulations and standards.
• Managing the team's budget for parts, supplies, and repairs.
• Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment information.
• Coordinating with other departments (e.g., engineering, housekeeping) to ensure smooth operations.

Administration:

• Establishes a monthly report of works carried out, machines maintained.
• Controls and endorses all invoices for installations, tools, spare parts, and consumption of material and forwards them for payment to the accounting.
• Maintains and monitors all maintenance contracts, providing consultation and advice when necessary.
