WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR: Ability to work independently and without specific directionImmediately respond to changes in priorityGain proficiency in the application without hand-holdingParticipate in requirements gathering, design, development, QA supportDevelop in a fast-paced environment, implement integration testsTake responsibility for the application, independent of which parts you worked on:Possess or quickly gain proficiency in the Atlassian CASE stack (JIRA, BitBucket)Make regular and ad hoc presentations to internal management and clientsCan join meetings early mornings and/or late nights, be available on weekendsFOR SENIOR LEVEL Coach other junior team members to help them reach their maximum potential
