AP Cum AR Accountant

JOB SCOPE & CORE DELIVERABLES• To record supplier invoices and employee claims• To record cash collection, perform MIGO.RESPONSIBILITIES – WHAT DOES SUCCESS LOOK LIKE?1) Essential business activities expected from this position:• Post purchases invoices in SAP for 3 markets (China, Korea and Japan): ensure invoices are correctly and timely input into system• Post employees claim/ advance for above markets: check that claim is complied with internal rules & regulation and timely book the payment voucher for payment processing.• Post reclassification of ICP invoices• Produce Payable balance report & GR/IR open items reporting & analyzing, propose awareness to team members for action.• Collect, review GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and perform MIGO in SAP.• Record the cash collection for China market on a daily basis.• Ad-hoc tasks required by team leader/GA.2) Examples of issues encountered by the job holder as well as nature and level of complexity (such as uncertain environment, need for innovative solutions, time constraints, need for coordination with other departments, etc.)• Adapt operations to changes in internal procedures and changes in external business practices• Understand the business processes in order to manage changes.• Long outstanding advance from employees/ vendors.3) Key performance indicators and impact on results (qualitative and quantitative)• Correctly registration of vendor invoices in system.• On time payment to suppliers & internal employees.• Accurate and timely vendor balance reporting & employee balance reporting• Understanding on procedures and accounting standard.
