Application Engineer (Up to 1500$)

Job Objective:Working as a bridge between customers and engineering teams, Application Engineers use customer input and sales information to test and implement suitable product, software programs and applications. They also provide technical support and expertise to customers, testing applications, responding to customer feedback, installations, maintenance and perform sales presentations and demonstrations.Key Responsibility:• 1. Perform test cuts and reports for presales enquiry• 2. Provide Basic and Advance application training to customers onsite• 3. Provide pocket parts and technical argument.• 4. Customer visit with Sales to promote our machines.• 5. Attend to customer application issue on machines.• 6. Reporting and work with Plant to conclude solution for customer.• 7. Customer visit in regions of care for sales activity with Sales representative.• 8. Prepare/Attend trade show and seminar.• 9. Prepare/Present presentation in seminar.• 10. Conduct training to customers at showroom.• 11. Prepare samples on showroom machines.
