• Service support (implementation, troubleshooting) for Manufacturing system (MES, BI, Planning, M2M).• Develop backend service, tool for data collection, database development.• Responsible for software/new solution demonstration at customer site.• Collaborate/Contact with HQ for software/system implementation, quotation, proposal …etc• Coordinate with Panasonic customers and providing technical software support/training.

• Knowledge and experience of OOP programming and SQL database.• Knowledge of manufacturing processes will be an advantage.• Bachelor Degree in IT or related courses.• Able to communicate in English.• Good at teamwork, communication and customer-oriented skills.
