A. General Responsibilities:As a Area Field Marketing Supervisor, you will be the lead of your own territory (multiple districts in key cities or full province), and together with your partners from Sales team, be accountable for driving its growth, developing & implementing all Marketing activities behind under the allocated resources, and fully empowered to drive bottom-up business proposals, making continuous learnings & improvements for your territory in very close collaboration & receiving strong supports from with Brand, Sales, and Analysis functions across the business.You will need to have: (1) Strong leadership & team-player quality to effectively collaborate with cross-functions to achieve common goals and successes. (2) Strong entrepreneur, commercial & analytical mindset, (3) Advanced consumer-centric appreciation & deep understanding of your own territory to engage with the targeted consumers through impactful Marketing activities in your area to build brand growth - outclassing competitors. The responsibilities consist through-the-line territorial commercial & consumer understandings; participation in the development & implementation of marketing programs/activations/visibility; management of resources; performance review & making corrective actions for continuous improvements to achieve the business objectives of your own territory.B. Key Duties:1. Territory management & development (30%)- Manage performance of assigned territory and identify opportunity to develop your own areas.- Work closely with Sales partners (OM, SS) and FMS team to drive common business objectives.- Manage FMS team to drive M&S objectives by utilizing assigned resources to maximize trade activities aligned with full year, on-off cycle KPIs.- Raise any competitive activity JTI should be aware of & its impact on JTI activities in their in-charge territories2. Regional Trade program (both sell in and sell out) planning & monitoring (20%)- Discuss, propose & align monthly/quarterly trade program.- Tracking progress, KPI achievement & budget spending of regional FM programs to have action plan with Sales team.- Together with Sales leader to manage program effectiveness and manage compliance and deviations execution. 3. Evaluate and Measure performance of Trade Marketing Program. (20%)- Ensure cost management for effective spending, encompassing key KPIs (SOM, Off-take, Volume, Conversion)- Conduct weekly business review to closely monitor each partner on progress & push for target achievement- Ensure post-program service continue to be carried out by sales team. - Identify opportunities based on insights, observation to develop short term and long term approach to adapt quickly trade environment.4. Collaboratively work with cross functions and external stakeholders. (20%)- Work closely with supporting functions like Trade Strategy, Brand, SIBI to build smooth communication to execution.- Cooperate with external parties like vendors, 1-2-1 agency to improve resource allocation in line with business required objectives.5. Others (10%)- Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Regional Field Marketing Manager, deliver presentation to key internal stakeholders at required forums.- Weighted across tasks might vary depending on actual situation / company priorities.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or related field.• Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing - preferably in Trade Marketing of FMCG as the same level with proven track record or high potentials of leadership, commercial/entrepreneur mindset, and project management/coordination.• A solid understanding of consumer & trade marketing activity is a must. Good project management skills• Excellent communication & interpersonal ability to communicate effectively. Good for mining insight from data, consumers/retailers’ observation to enhance Trade Program performance.• Strong commercial, analytical, and entrepreneur mindset - comfortable working with numbers to draw conclusions.• Knowledge & practical experience in Trade/Field Marketing in Tobacco/FMCG is a big plus.• Fluency in oral and written English communication is a plus • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications.
