1. Sales Management
Manage branch sales targets and contribute to achieving company-wide objectives.
Develop consultants to qualify for new titles, achieve personal targets, and meet group goals.
Ensure ongoing recruitment of new leaders and consultants to support business growth.
Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and implement corrective actions to meet targets.
2. Training & Development
Conduct training sessions for leaders on monthly LC meetings, Oriflame Academy modules, and other company initiatives.
Coach leaders in setting goals and provide continuous support through joint actions and follow-ups.
Organize leadership councils to foster close partnerships with key leaders.
Develop monthly training plans aligned with company activities to achieve recruitment and development goals.
3. Event Organization
Plan and execute motivational events, public events, recruiting campaigns, catalogue launches, roadshows, and beauty shows.
Collaborate with suppliers for venue rentals, photographers, printing services, etc., ensuring high-quality event execution.
Create an engaging atmosphere at events that fosters excitement and success.
4. Marketing & Content Creation
Build engaging content for social media platforms (e.g., Fanpages, groups) to support consultants’ efforts.
Design visuals and post images/videos on social media channels for recruitment or promotional campaigns.
Capture highlights from programs/events for promotional use.
5. Administrative Tasks & Support
Perform customer service activities such as greeting leaders on birthdays or congratulating new titles.
Update daily reports as required by management.
Evaluate consultants’ feedback and incorporate their suggestions into actionable strategies.
Support nutrition clubs, skincare clubs, leader clubs, and other distributor-focused initiatives.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related fields.
At least 4 years of professional experience in sales management or customer-facing roles; experience in FMCG or multi-level marketing is preferred.
Strong English proficiency for researching materials and creating business tools.
Proficiency in using photo/video editing software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark) and social media platforms.Professional Appearance: Reflects the company’s values of health and beauty; comfortable representing the brand at events or in media content.
Interpersonal Skills: Passionate about working with people; proven ability to motivate teams and build relationships with distributors.
Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently while implementing creative solutions.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to plan strategies based on performance data.
Commitment: Desire for long-term growth within the company.

Monthly gross salaryMonthly products allowance: equivalent to 500k-800k applied after probation 2 months.Annual bonus: Based on approved Global’s bonus scheme.Annual 13rd salary is applied for financial year at least working from 6 months for Oriflame having name in salary paid out in Dec or Jan.Social insurance is applied and monthly covered 31% by Company (not deducted from your monthly salary), staff only contributes 1% unemployment insurance as law.Health insurance via PVI is applied 24/24 for all staff.Annual salary increased to be approved by Global for eligible staff who has at least 6 months working in the financial year.Labor Union organization is set up and applied.Working place: 100-102 Nguyen Van Troi, Phu Nhuan, HCMCWorking time 9AM-6PM from Monday to Fri. Sat is working day but not preferred to be in the office applied for Head Office employees. For Sales Team and branch’s staff, must be present in the office on sat morning.
