JOB BRIEF:- Reporting line: Asia Vice President- Assigned market: Asian RegionsJOB DUTIES:- Be responsible for all international business activities.- Recruit, build and manage distributors, business and brand partners and key shops.- Combine with distributors to develop, formulate, and implement sales and marketing strategies.- Develop distribution network (distributors and retail network) with highly stable growth.- Follow-up orders of distributors to ensure shipment/delivery timely.- Enable to negotiate sales and distribution contract with partners, key customers.- Responsible for working closely with Distributors to identify potential new key partners.- Visit retail outlets on a regular basis to build up relationship with existing customers and prospect.- Conduct and analyze customer research, current market conditions and competitor information.- Develop brand guidelines and ensure consistent adherence to guidelines for all marketing materials and activities.- Maintain accurate and up to date records and files on all retail network, sellout, accounts including sales, data, quote records and customer contacts.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- From 10 years of working experience in the international sales or GT Sales.- Experienced in multinational FMCG companies is an advantage.- Own high level of business development skills and distribution management- Well organized, result-oriented and detailed, able to work under high pressure.- Own fluent English skills- Experience in MNCs or startup companies with the same sales channel of FMCG products is highly preferred.- Effective communication skills, negotiation skills with all levels, and positive thinking.
