Job Summary:Assistant Brand Manager will collaborate with Brand Manager to help develop and implement effectivebrand-building strategies.Main Roles and Duties:Define a clear product strategy.Develop a product roadmap, New Product Innovation management, and anticipate potential scenarios during operation.Conduct market research to identify customer needs and desires for the productAssess the market and analyze competing products.Establish the product's value proposition and collaborate with relevant departments to guide product development.Perform additional tasks related to the company's specific products .Get close to customers/consumers via frequent market visits.Be able to work well with cross functions to drive sales and build the Product and categoryLead cross functions (supply chain, purchasing, sales, trade marketing, stratergy marketing) to run the New Product development process: sales forecasting, stock management, and sales movements... to ensure the launch's success in Vietnam.Follow up and control Marketing expenses.Smoothly cooperate with other Departments to handle tasks related to the Product in charge.Other tasks assigned by the line manager.

Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related major.At least 03 years experience in product management or ABM positions Strong logical thinking skills; analyzing and solving problems effectively Multi-task and be proactive & independent in a fast-paced, ownership in dynamic environment.
