Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns.
Respond to special requests from guests with unique needs and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
Handle guest complaints and reports them on a timely manner to concerned Department Heads.
Manage all luggage deliveries and collections.
Ensure proper receipt, storage and shipment of luggage and packages for guests.
Have good relationships with guests in order to guide, provide them with inside and outside information when requested.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Experience in field of Customer Service or Reception.
Extremely high spirit of Customer Service.
Computer skills: proficient in Microsoft Office.
English: Good communication skills.
