Assistant Finance Manager

Galaxy Entertainment and Education (GEE) is a leading company in Media, entertainment and education platform in Vietnam. GEE is parent company, owning 4 group subsidiaries, including Galaxy Studio, Galaxy Play, Galaxy Education and Galaxy Media.Galaxy Entertainment and Education (GEE) has an excellent team of people, an open, creative, and challenge-welcoming work environment.We are looking for Assistant Finance Manager who will work directly with Finance Manager for all accounting and finance’s activities at Galaxy Entertainment and Education.Accounting (50%)In charge of Group consolidated financial statements.Train/support subsidiaries in preparing reports under template if any.Review accounting ledger and recommend necessary adjustments, ensure the Company's financial reports must be accurate, and all transactions must be recorded and accounted for.Ensure compliance with information disclosure regulations for bond issuers.Communicate closely with the auditor to understand the Group's issues.Other (50%)Keep track and follow up the cashflow.Weekly, monthly reporting at group level.Support in document preparation for fundraise/meeting/operation.Work with subsidiary to analyze the actual financial figures/budget, assist in controlling.Ad-hoc tasks as assigned.Support other departments or group entities when necessary
