Assistant General Director

- Organize regular and ad-hoc meetings of the Board of General Directors. Remind departments/projects to submit reports by the required deadlines for consolidation and submission to the GD. 10%- Consolidate, distribute, review, and submit documents from departments/projects. Handle internal and external document transfers. Represent the GD in meetings with partners when assigned. 20%- Grasp GD’s directives and communicate them to relevant departments/projects. Monitor and ensure execution of the directives.- Lead or support the organization of company events such as seminars, project groundbreakings, handovers, and other corporate events.- Support marketing for both domestic and international projects. Responsible for content writing, image sourcing, and posting company information on official media channels (Facebook, website, linked articles, etc.).- Participate in contract negotiation and review of contracts, appendices, and arising issues with investors.- Translate documents in English and Chinese.- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Head of HR & Admin and the GD.
