- Support the General Manager in overseeing and supervising the overall operations of the Golf course.
- Coordinate with related departments (Caddie, F&B, Sales, Engineering, Customer Service, etc.) to ensure service quality and the best customer experience.
- Monitor, consolidate, and report business and operational results periodically to the General Manager.
- Assist in developing, implementing, and supervising SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and KPIs for operational departments
- Participate in welcoming and taking care of VIP guests, partners, and important events.
- Perform other tasks as directly assigned by the General Manager.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s or College degree in Business Administration, Tourism – Hospitality Management, or related fields
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working at golf courses, resorts, or luxury hotels.
- Proven experience in managing and operating a Clubhouse or customer service department in the golf industry.
- Foreign languages: Good command of English (Chinese or Korean is an advantage).
- Strong skills in management, task coordination, and team supervision.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and professional problem-solving skills
- Ability to plan, consolidate reports, and analyze operational data
- Candidates with strong knowledge of golf culture and industry networks are preferred
