• To ensure smooth operation of the Front Office.
• Serve as Front Office Manager in his/her absence.
• Assist the Manager in the execution of the management of staff
• Monitor Front Office personnel to ensure guests receive prompt, cordial attention and personal recognition
• Works with Superior, Human Resources on manpower planning and management needs
• Works with the Superior and Director of Finance to prepare and manage the Department’s budget.
• Be responsible for keeping our property safe and secure, to participate in any hotel activity related to Fire Life safety.
• Perform any other duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Minimum 3 years of Supervisor position in the guest services, front desk.
- Diploma in Hotel Management/ Tourism Services or equivalent is an advantage;
- Strong leadership and communication skills in English
- Energetic, confident, and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once;
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays
- Good knowledge of Opera is an advantage.
