Position Summary: As the Assistant Host Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Host Manager with the day-to-day operations of the host department, focusing on delivering outstanding guest services and enhancing the overall guest experience. You will assist in managing the host team, coordinating guest services activities, and implementing guest engagement strategies that align with the club's marketing goals. This position requires a dynamic individual with excellent interpersonal skills, a passion for service excellence, and a keen interest in the gaming and entertainment industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Host Manager in overseeing the host team, ensuring that all guests receive personalized and exceptional service.
- Support the development and execution of guest service strategies and programs that contribute to the club’s marketing and promotional efforts.
- Coordinate with the marketing and business development teams to support promotional activities and events that enhance guest engagement and loyalty.
- Help manage guest feedback processes, ensuring timely response and resolution of guest issues, and identifying opportunities for service improvement.
- Participate in training and development sessions for the host team, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Assist in managing guest relations activities, including VIP guest services, loyalty programs, and special requests, ensuring a memorable experience for all club patrons.
- Contribute to the preparation and management of the department’s budget, ensuring effective use of resources.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of club promotions, events, and services to provide accurate information to guests.

Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in hospitality, guest services, or a related role, with a demonstrated passion for delivering high-quality guest experiences.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and solutions-oriented, with the ability to handle guest issues effectively and discreetly.
- Familiarity with hospitality management software and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
