• Recruit, hire and train new housekeeping staffs to adhere to Hotel standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction
• Perform staff reviews and encourage teamwork among staff
• Resolve customer problems and complaints
• All rooms and public areas are cleaned in timely manner as per operational requirement
• All rooms and public areas are inspected daily and any issues are reported immediately to the relevant department
• Mini bar control is in place and all items are charged to guests account and all items in guest rooms are checked daily and replenished or replaced if needed
• Linen and uniform control is in place and according to the hotels par stock
• Guest laundry is handled with care and picked up as per guest requests and returned timely manner as per hotels policy
• Any costs which are not budgeted are reported immediately to the General Manager
• Daily, weekly and monthly reports are prepared in time and sent to General Manager
• Cost controls for all expensed in the department are in place and costs are according to the budget
• Controls of all furniture, fixtures and equipment are in place and replacements are in line within the budget
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- High-school graduation or equivalent, specialist certificate of profession or training is preferred.
- Fluent present needed papers by Microsoft Office and PMS
- Fluent communicate in English and other languages is preferred
