Job Purpose
The Assistant HR Manager (Recruitment) is responsible for managing and executing end-to-end recruitment activities to attract, select, and retain high-quality talent in line with the company’s culture, values, and operational needs. The role ensures a positive candidate experience while supporting workforce planning and talent development.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage full recruitment cycle for all levels: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding coordination
- Partner closely with Department Heads to understand manpower needs and hiring timelines
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for key and hard-to-fill positions
- Prepare job descriptions, advertisements, and recruitment plans
- Conduct interviews and support hiring managers with selection decisions
Employer Branding & Sourcing
- Promote Six Senses employer brand through job platforms, social media, and recruitment events
- Coordinate career fairs, internships, and university partnerships
- Maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners
Onboarding & Recruitment Administration
- Coordinate onboarding process to ensure smooth integration of new hosts
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and recruitment documentation
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and local labor regulations
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports
Data, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and turnover
- Identify recruitment challenges and propose improvement initiatives
- Support HR projects related to talent development and workforce planning
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in hospitality or service industries
- Strong interviewing, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Good understanding of labor law and recruitment best practices
- Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
