Assistant Manager/ Manager, Corporate Agents

Position Objective: This position plays a vital role in an organization, serving as a representative and advocate for the Company in various capacities with the business partners (CA).1. Business Management and Development: • Building, maintaining strong relationships with business partners to negotiating business deals • Planning and implementing business strategies to meet the given sales targets • Setting and providing guidance and support to agents for optimal customer service • Consulting potential opportunities to develop. • Researching potential partners; actively approach & negotiate.2. Team Management: • Overseeing the daily operations of a team of agents • Recruiting and developing the sales team (if applicable). • Monitoring and supporting the team to achieve business objectives.4. Reporting and Analysis: • Tracking, analyzing, and reporting business performance regularly. • Conducting regular performance reviews5. Compliance and Support: • Ensuring adherence to company procedures and policies. • Providing prompt and effective supporting to resolve customer complaints or inquiries.
