Join a leading multinational real estate investor and developer as our Assistant Manager, Marketing in Hanoi. In this role, you’ll help execute the marketing strategy for some of the region’s most exciting residential and industrial developments. From driving digital campaigns to launching flagship properties and creating memorable customer experiences, you’ll play a key part in building our brand and supporting business growth. This is a unique opportunity to bring your creativity, marketing expertise, and real estate passion to an international platform - while developing your career in a fast-growing and dynamic industry.Responsibilities:• Work with brand consultants in developing brand strategies and identities.• Analyze, develop, and monitor marketing communication strategy for corporate and projects.• Source and collaborate with vendors for execution of all marketing tools and collaterals for sales and leasing activities.• Organize and implement marketing communication activities across online and offline platforms.• Work with creative digital, media, PR and event agencies and consultancies to ensure marketing deliverables.• Research the experience and arrange interview with the customer (if possible) in interacting with Frasers Property and drive improvement.• Implement and monitor marketing campaigns to ensure alignment with each project’s objectives and timelines.• Responsible for concept planning and managing events for all properties.• Creative production supervision: coordinate with teammates / vendors to ensure timely production of:o Project brochures, sales kits, POSM, and event materials.o Project introduction videos, animation clips, and teaser campaigns.o Visuals: 3D renderings, lifestyles shoots, branding visuals.o Any OOH and advertisements.• Budget tracking & cost monitoring: Develop marketing budgets and track expenditures, ensuring proposals are aligned with financial objectives for management approval.• Cross-functional collaboration: communicate regularly with other departments such as Leasing, Project Development, R&D, and management committees.• Monitor and report marketing & communications activities.• Any other reasonable tasks assigned by Head of Marketing & Communications.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.• Minimum 3 years of experience in multi-market brand marketing, ideally having worked across both agency and in-house roles.• Experience in real estate or brands with a strong focus on Residential development will be an advantage.• Experience in management of digital asset management platforms and brand portal/ library for a global/ regional brand team is an advantage.• Excellent English writing, editing and proof-reading skills.• Experience in managing external agency relationships will be an advantage.• Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with design software (Adobe Illustrator) is an advantage.• Natural collaborator, can-do attitude and willing to think out of the box and challenge status quo.
