About the role
Supports the Restaurant Manager in daily operations, ensures high service standards, and delivers exceptional guest experiences in a refined dining environment.
What you will do
- Supervise service team and ensure smooth shift operations
- Maintain luxury service standards and personalized guest care
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar for seamless service
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly
- Assist with staff training, scheduling, and daily reports
- Strong leadership and communication

- Knowledge of fine dining and luxury hospitality
