• Responsible for quality affaires in designed factories.• Define & initiate action plan to support the quality strategy & objective established.• Support Manager to set up quality process, and to monitor & ensure the effectiveness & efficiency of operation system. • Work with the factories and Manager to improve quality and manufacturing efficiencies through KPIs.• Provide recommendations for continuous improvement action plan and problem solving in quality and production procedures.• Production Work In Process (WIP) management: Work closely with IE (Industrialization Engineer) Team and PPP (Planning, Production Procurement) Team to ensure accurate and timely communication of order status and production issues.• Vendor Management: o Educate suppliers and vendors on Amer Sports brands’ business objectives.o Plan, evaluate and determine long-term & short-term planning on vendors’ workload and resources management.o Take appropriate action regarding training & development and introduction of equipment & tools to vendors.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Engineering, Industrial Management, Textile and Pattern or equivalent subjects• Minimum of 8 years working experience in quality area and in relevant industry• Experience in vendor management and vendor KPI monitoring• Formal training on ISO 9000 Quality System Auditor is preferred• Formal Six-Sigma training, preferred with at least Green Belt certificate• Proven experience in Quality Management Tools, such as SPC Tools • Experience in Inspectorio is preferred• Fluent in English spoken & written skill.• Good Interpersonal, Communication and Presentation Skill.• Problem solving, be curious, good listener • Good Computer skill in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Production and Quality Engineer.
