• Recognize and execute opportunities for Mikazuki hotel as well as other hotel incentives programmers
• Prepare company contracts for the hotel in accordance with current business and pricing conditions;
• Work within current business strategies and recognize potential opportunities;
• Cooperate with other departments in the hotel to create an exceptional Guest experience and build strong, comprehensive sales programs;
• Attend Sales events, as required;
• Produce accurate and timely reports that meet the needs of Director of Sales and senior management, including appointments, calls made and business leads;
• Answer customer queries in a prompt and professional manner;
• Assist the Head of department with recruiting, managing, training and developing the Team Members;
• Attend training and meetings when required.
• Carry out any other reasonable tasks set by the Hotel's Management
• Manage (and fill) our events calendar
• Determine sales goals
• Build and maintain customer relationships
• Maintain BEO (banquet event order) paperwork for each booking
• Work with the marketing team to develop promotional materials
• Develop promotions or specialty packages to entice new customers

7. Minimum 2 years wedding/catering sales experience in a high-end venue and/or full-service hotel/resort
