- Establish a financial and strategic yearly sales plan for the department, revise it according to market conditions, and supervise the execution of plans through events, promotions, etc.
- Analyzes the trends of competitors and advanced companies' sales strategies, products and services, customers and markets, and links them to strategies for promotional product planning.
- Attended daily sales meetings, sales strategy meetings, pre-conference planning meetings, training, and other sales-related meetings
- Ensure that promotional activities and customer sales activities are in accordance with the company's brand values and guidelines, providing overall guidance and supervision of the activities of the entire sales organization.
- Organically communicate and collaborate with other internal departments to improve customer service quality
- Supports sales activities by actively participating in trade shows, community activities, and peer salespeople meetings
- Actively give feedback, motivate and act as a role model to train / foster the workforce within the department.
