OverviewDeploy, coordinate, and monitor the implementation of the instructions of the Group CIO and ensure effective implementation of the function of supporting the GROUP CIO in managing daily activities of company.Responsibility1. Business Plan- Coordinate and support the preparation of the Company's annual Business Plan- Coordinate, support and monitor the implementation of the approved Annual Business Plan2. Support Managing Director – Related to KPIs- Support the Group CIO to establish and evaluate annual KPIs- Support the Group CIO to allocate annual KPIs to Directors/Heads of Departments- Support the Group CIO to review and evaluate the annual KPIs of Directors/Heads of Departments3. Support Managing Director – Related to Company PMF- Support the Group CIO to establish annual PMF- Support the Group CIO to monitor and urge the implementation of PMF- Support the Group CIO to review and evaluate the PMF annually4. Support Group CIO – Daily Operation- Check the documents submitted for signature by the GROUP CIO to comply with the COA- Support the Group CIO in daily operational and administrative tasks5. Other works- Organize meetings between the Group CIO and departments- Coordinate and support the implementation of quarterly Management Reports from Investment Division to NLIC- Focal point in evaluating and monitoring risk management activities between Investment Division and NLIC- Other tasks related to the activities of Investment Division are assigned by the CEO

Background / Experience - Graduated from University majoring in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Construction or equivalent (Bachelor's degree or postgraduate degree)- Have at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar position- Priority is given to having experience and knowledge in the field of real estate/finance/investment- Advanced English skills (listening - speaking - reading - writing)Specific job skills- Ability to work proactively and independently, from concept to completion, capable of handling a variety of tasks and confidential matters judiciously, with minimal supervision- Planning, analysis and negotiation skills combined with good communication & team building skills, good presentation skills- Good problem solving skills- Have knowledge of real estate developmentCompetencies - Ability to coordinate and monitor work- Ability to work in groups- Ability to evaluate and make decisions- Ability to communicate, listen and think innovatively- Results-oriented- Critical thinking skills, with the ability to evaluate and prioritize Mindsets & behaviors- Integrity, Professionalism and Ownership (Core values)- Be proactive- Build relationships
