- Doing yearlytraining budget
- Conduct English Training (basic communication, intermediate vocabulary & fluency) and Soft Skills Training (Sustainability & Zero Waste, Servicing Guests, In-My-Shoes service-based training, Upselling, …) for Departments.
- Identify training and development needs within the resort through training needs analysis, appraisal schemes, and regular consultation with other managers.
- Ensure statutory training requirements are met.
- Plan, develop and organize training sessions and produce appropriate training materials for in-house courses.
- Manage the delivery of training and development programs and deliver training in a manner that is easily understandable to trainees and in a way that motivates them.
- Continually amend the training and development programs as necessary, in order to adapt to the changes that occur in the work environment.
- Work closely with HRD to get feedback and monitor the training progress.

- English with the ability to communicate clearly in the local dialect
- Good knowledge of hotel operations
- Communicating effectively in writing as appropriate
- Good Microsoft Office skills required
- Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made
- Motivating, developing and directing people as they work
- Being aware of others’ reactions and understanding why they react as they do
