Position Requirements:Education Level/certificates:- Essential: Bachelor’s degree - Preferable: Bachelor’s degree in banking and financeExperience and skills:- Essential: • At least 5 years of experience in banking operation or operation planning.• Have strong background and experience in banking operations and systems used in the relevant processes.• Good knowledge on the local regulations related to banking operation.• Have experience in planning, project management, process management.• Excellent communication, analytical and troubleshooting skills.• Strong judgment, supervisory and organizational skills.• Ability to work effectively with project team members in Operations and other related departments.• Ability to work under high pressure• Fluent English & Vietnamese.- Preferable: • Excellent computer skill***The candidate can submit CV in two ways:1.
