- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.- More than 4 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the retail industry.- Proven track record of managing key accounts and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing trends, as well as the ability to integrate them into sales strategies.- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
