ABOUT THE JOBAs an Associate, Internal Mobility at NAB Vietnam, you will be instrumental in facilitating the internal mobility program and ensuring a smooth transition for colleagues moving within the organization. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition and HRBP teams to manage internal job movements, ensuring a seamless and efficient coordination process. Your efforts will directly contribute to career development, employee engagement, and business continuity by effectively allocating talent.YOUR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES• Coordinate and manage internal movement processes across departments.• Support internal job postings and maintain relevant documentation• Own the end to end process for internal candidates hiring • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HRBP teams to align internal moves with business goals.• Assist in tracking internal mobility metrics and process improvements.

YOUR SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS• 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or HR roles.• Strong organizational and communication skills.• Able to handle sensitive information with discretion.• Proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player with a growth mindset.• Experience with ATS or HR platforms is a plus.
