We make the law simple where possible but are likewise experienced in tackling the most complex structures. As international lawyers with more than a decade’s worth of experience in Vietnam, we combine compliance and completion and are deeply familiar with Vietnam’s ever-changing legal system and deal practices. With a team of 12 international and local legal professionals in Vietnam, we assist multinationals, private equity funds, financial institutions and large cap Vietnamese companies – with the occasional start-up thrown in for good measure (we look at ourselves as entrepreneurs and admire the trait in others).
