Associate (Vietnamese)

The firm seeks a motivated and accomplished Associate for its Dispute Resolution Department. This key individual will report directly to the Director and other Partners.Key Responsibilities:• Assist in managing dispute resolution cases.• Conduct thorough case analysis, research, and preparation of legal documents.• Provide comprehensive legal advice to clients on dispute resolution strategies, potential risks, and legal implications.• Collaborate with team members to formulate effective legal strategies.• Act as a point of contact for clients, maintaining strong professional relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.• Keep clients informed about case developments and legal proceedings.• Draft, review, and edit legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.• Ensure all documentation complies with relevant laws and regulations.• Conduct legal research on relevant statutes, regulations, and case law to support case strategy.• Provide analytical responses to legal queries and contribute to the development of legal arguments.• Collaborate with internal legal teams and external parties.• Work closely with colleagues to share insights, knowledge, and best practices.• Stay updated on changes in laws, regulations, and industry trends related to dispute resolution.• Attend relevant seminars, workshops, and training sessions to enhance professional development.• Assist in administrative tasks related to case management, including billing, document organization, and maintaining accurate records.• Other assignments from time to time from Management.
