- Answer, screen, and transfer internal and external calls promptly and accurately
- Provide guests with information regarding resort services, facilities, operating hours, and general inquiries
- Receive and relay guest requests to relevant departments (Front Desk, Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B, Spa, etc.)
- Perform wake-up calls and monitor special guest requests
- Handle emergency calls and follow resort safety and security procedures
- Maintain call logs, records, and shift reports as required
- Ensure professional telephone etiquette, tone, and service quality in accordance with Marriott brand standards
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Education: High school diploma or equivalent GED certificate
Related Work Experience: No related work experience required
Language Skills: English (required); a second foreign language is an advantage
