• Plan, design, and develop automated machines and devices for Regent factories;• Monitor and supervise the fabrication and assembly processes;• Create detailed assembly drawings and instructions;• Provide training and hand over automation to end users;• Collect improvement ideas from internal sources (Regent factories) and external sources; evaluate and develop them for implementation in the plant.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Automation, or Industrial Engineering (IE);• Preferred candidates with 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment and a similar role;• Good knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronics systems & PDCA implementation;• Proficiency in 3D design software such as SolidWorks, Inventor, etc;• Willingness to travel locally and abroad.Benefits• Full 100% salary in probation period & 1 month Tet bonus, annual bonus;• Contributing to Social Insurance from probation period.• Training & development opportunities; • Friendly and professional working environment;• Providing Transportation Allowance & other benefits according to company’s policies.
