Automation & Control Specialist/ (Ngành Công Nghiệp Ô Tô)

• Equipment Maintenance: o Execute daily inspections, corrective repairs, and optimization of Body Shop assets, including Robot, fixtures, conveyors, and welding systems.• Operational Support & Downtime Reduction: o Support preventive maintenance and breakdown response to reduce downtime. o Train/coach maintenance team and share troubleshooting best practices.• Technical Documentation & Standards: o Review technical documentation to support operation and maintenance of the installed equipment• Training & Knowledge Transfer: o Conduct On-the-Job Training (OJT) for maintenance technicians to improve their ability to handle first-level control issues.o Develop "Troubleshooting Guides" and "Best Practice" one-pagers for the wider team.• Maintenance Planning (Maximo): o Develop/refine Visual Job Plans. Verify PM schedules for effectiveness and upload/manage them in the Maximo CMMS.• Problem solvingo Prepare structured 4D problem-solving reports for equipment failures/breakdowns• Project support: o Assist in the implementation of planned and P.M. items associated with the new or modified equipment• Continuous improvement & innovation: o Execute line improvement initiatives and innovation activities to enhance safety, quality, uptime, and efficiency.• General Compliance: o Ensure daily activities and deliverables comply with Ford requirements, including FPS and SQDCPME…• Other duties: Any other tasks assigned by direct Supervisor or Head of Department based on Business' requirements
