REQUIREMENTS/ QUALIFICATIONS:Education: Bachelor's degree in Automation Control Engineering or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance, servicing, design, or installation of automation systems within automotive production lines.Technical Skills:• Strong foundational knowledge of electrical equipment, control devices, and sensors. (E.g. MCB, MCCB, Relay, VFD, Remote I/O, PLC, HMI, Valve, Robot, …)• Proficiency in programming Rockwell PLCs and Rockwell HMIs.• Experience with I/O devices communication via Ethernet IP.• Ability to read, understand, and modify electrical drawings.• Proficient in AutoCAD for drawing and design tasks.Language Skills: Good communication skills in English.2. PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:• Ability to program and understand C/C++.• Experience working with Kawasaki robots, Rockwell PLC and Rockwell HMI.• Familiar with North America & EU standards• Basic knowledge of problem-solving methodologies such as 5D, 8D, and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).• Understanding of welding technologies used in automotive production lines, including but not limited to spot welding, laser welding, and MIG/MAG welding.• Basic knowledge of designing welding fixtures in Body Shop• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.• Proactive and self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset.
