AUTOMATION LEADER + SENIOR – ECOM

Trách nhiệm công việc Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback;  Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases;  Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open-source tools;  Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet the day-by-day needs;  QC should able to perform Test Automation and setting up frameworks on multiple application platforms like Web, Android, Ios and backend systems;  Create & manage bug reports and communicate with the team;  Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions;  Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts;  Oversee the development of automation test scripts for web applications using Selenium with Java and JavaScript;  Utilize automation testing frameworks, tools, and best practices to drive team efficiency and productivity;  Training & Mentoring of QC team members;  Report daily progress/issues to management and client representatives;  Other related duties as assigned Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information  Systems, or related fields.  5+ years of experience in manual testing and 3+ years of experience in automation testing  3+ years of experience with leader’s position for team size >=4 member  Experience working in the Ecommerce/Shopify/Magento/Payment domains.  Knowledge and understanding of end-user behavior on e-commerce platforms.  Strong understanding of software development and quality testing methodologies.  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  Good logical and system thinking.  Ability to work independently and in a team.  Able to prioritize tasks and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.  Experience in API testing: using Postman and Swagger.  Familiar with SQL.  Other Requirements  Candidates with testing-related certifications are preferred.  Good communication skills.  Ability to work under pressure.  Willingness to learn new skills related to automation testing, performance testing, etc. Phúc lợi dành cho bạn Consider salary increase based on ability Bonus on each project 2 days off for the weekend Health benefits and social insurance Lunch providing Friendly working environment, dynamic and many promotion opportunities 13th month salary and year-end bonus Other benefits will be discussed directly during the interview Quy trình phỏng vấnVòng 1CV ScreeningVòng 2Technical Interview
