Automation Specialist (Fullstack)

You will play a pivotal role in optimizing our large customer's diverse processes through cutting-edge automation solutions, working closely with an international team.This is a unique opportunity to leverage your coding prowess and passion for automation to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance operational excellence across a wide range of sales and marketing business processes. What You'll Do: Build, manage, and optimize automations across a variety of tools, including N8N, Zapier, Pipedream, HubSpot, and through custom scripting using NodeJS and Python. Integrate internal and client-facing platforms seamlessly using APIs, webhooks, and middleware. Provide insightful feedback to management regarding current automation projects, system performance, and future needs. Test alternate designs and processing methods to assess feasibility, performance, and necessary modifications for implementation. Modify system components or products to ensure strict conformance with engineering design and performance specifications. Diagnose and repair equipment failures of existing automation systems, collaborating closely with maintenance teams. Proactively identify process inefficiencies and independently create scalable automated solutions. Document all workflows and automation logic in a clear, maintainable, and supportable format. Continuously monitor and maintain automation stability and performance, ensuring high availability.
