Automation Test Lead

Our Testers work with project teams to ensure software quality through systematic test planning, execution, and defect tracking, ensuring functionality, performance, and reliability of applications before deployment. With deep knowledge of various types of applications, databases, and operating systems, they maintain high standards of product excellence and user satisfaction. As a Test Lead at Endava, you will be in charge of developing test strategy, test plan, and implementing automated tests to assure the quality of our software applications. You will take part in a specific project and work directly with our global stakeholders.Responsibilities:• Leading and managing a team of testers, ensuring effective testing strategies and test case execution.• Analyzing users stories, use cases and requirements, and collaborating closely with other team members.• Designing, developing, maintaining and extending automation scripts using various frameworks and programming languages.• Executing all levels of testing, detecting and tracking software defects and inconsistencies.• Managing client interaction.• Applying quality engineering principles throughout the Agile product life cycle.
