Automation Test Lead (QA QC / Tester)

Technical Skills: Overall 8+ years of working experiences in Testing, with 4+ years working in Automation Testing. Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Experience in creating comprehensive test strategy, test plan, test scenario, and test report. Experience in building automation testing frameworks from scratch. Experience in Web Services & API automated testing. Experience in OOP & Java programming. Good knowledge in SQL query. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integration with testing tools is a plus. ISTQB CTFL Certification or equivalent quality assurance certification is a plus. Soft Skills: Quickly adapt to new technologies and acquire domain knowledge. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Vietnamese and h. Skilled in managing stakeholder expectations with excellent client-facing abilities. Experienced in leading testing teams. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
