Key Responsibilities for All QA Roles (Manual & Automation):- Design, execute, and maintain test cases and test design specifications.- Report and track defects using tools like Jira or Redmine.- Ensure test coverage based on system and functional requirements.- Generate structured, detailed testing reports for supervisors and project managers.- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot, improve, and validate product quality.- Perform testing across mobile apps, web platforms, and server components.- Contribute to implementing security and usability measures during testing Additional for Automation Testers- Create and execute automated test scripts, preferably using Robot Framework.- Support the planning and development of automation strategies.- Balance manual and automated test efforts based on project needs

Manual Tester (1+ years):- Proven experience in software QA focusing on manual testing.- Familiarity with automation testing tools or supporting automation is a plus.- Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, or scripting languages.- Experience with tools like Postman (API testing), JMeter (performance testing), or similar.- Understanding of RESTful APIs, web services, and usability principles.- Strong communication and coordination skills.- ISTQB Certification is a strong advantage.- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).- Detail-oriented, analytical mindset, and long-term thinking. Automation Tester (1+ years):- At least 1+ year of hands-on experience in automation testing.- Preferably experienced in Robot Framework or similar tools.- Strong background in manual testing alongside automation.- Skilled with Postman, JMeter, and web service testing.- Experience in usability testing and automated bug tracking tools.- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.- ISTQB Certification is a big plus.- Proficient in English.- Long-term thinker with analytical and structured approach.
