The ideal candidates will have a strong focus on automation and leveraging AI tools to ensure the highest quality of our products and services. You will play a critical role in maintaining our standards and driving continuous improvement.Current focused projects:End-to-end Encryption Storage (top priority)AI-powered chatbot for enterpriseAdvertising platformPosition: team member or team leadOpen level: from Middle to Principal/Lead level Work location:In Vietnam: Ho Chi Minh city, central districts Onsite: only for core & high performance with extremely high benefits Working hour: 9:00 - 18:00 Monday to Friday Full time at the office, no hybrid & no remoteResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement quality control processes and procedures with a focus on automation.Utilize AI-driven tools for testing, defect detection, and analysis.Identify, track, and resolve product defects and issues.Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the product lifecycle.Monitor and analyze quality metrics and generate reports.Stay up-to-date with the latest QC methodologies and technologies, especially in automation and AI.For senior member:Lead by example in research and developmentGuide team members on testing skills and practices

Required SkillsProven experience in Quality Control or Software Testing.Strong understanding of QA methodologies, processes, and tools.Experience with automated testing frameworks and scripting languages.Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts for quality assurance.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.Effective communication and collaboration skills.Preferred SkillsExperience with specific AI-driven testing tools.Knowledge of security technologies and concepts.Certification in Quality Control or Software Testing (e.g., ISTQB).Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.Key SkillsAutomation Testing: Ability to design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks AI/Machine Learning Tools: Understanding and practical experience with AI-based testintools Defect Tracking: Experience in using bug tracking systems and defect management Test Planning: Creating detailed and comprehensive test plans and casesScripting Languages: Skills in languages such as Python, Java, or similar for automation
