- Analyze the requirements and acceptance criteria for new features and enhancements in the software
- Proposing tools, optimizing methods for work (quality control and inspection) to try to best meet the quality of work, improve capacity and work efficiency
- Participating in building and proposing improvements to processes, standards, and quality.
- Configure the test environment to execute required test cases
- Conduct review meetings to share test case status, discuss concerns and risk items, drive comprehensive test coverage, and assure general team alignment
- Define, execute, and analyze test cases collaborating with the team to validate achievement of acceptance criteria
- Track defects and bugs using defect tracking system, track resolution progress, and validate resolutions once submitted
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- University graduate or higher majoring in information technology, computing, telecommunications, finance, or banking
- Foreign language: English intermediate
- At least 3 years of experience in testing (manual, automated, performance) API, Web, Mobile, Big Data, ...
- Knowledgeable in at least one programming language: Java, Python
- Proficient in using at least one database management system: Oracle, SQL server, Mongo, …
- Experience in using management tools such as Jira (Zephur, X-rays)
- Knowledgeable in testing tools and frameworks: Selenium, Serenity Framework, K6 or Jmeter Postman, ...
- Experience in organizing, implementing, and managing test activities
- Experienced in working and coordinating with many stakeholders
- Have skills in planning/management and organizing the implementation of the plan/work arrangement
- Work well under pressure with deadlines
- Display flexibility and proficiency at setting priorities
