SCOPE

1. To carry out the operation, maintenance and repair audio-video, electrical and electronic equipments of the Hotel

2. To set up and standby for AV system of Function Event

3. To provide customers with friendly, professional and efficient service at all times

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

The primary responsibilities of the Audio-Visual Technician are as follows:

1. To maintain and repair all audio-visual Equipment, electrical and electronic appliances and the communication system

2. To regular check and maintain the audio-video system of function rooms to ensure their proper functioning at all times

3. Regular check and maintain all the telephone cables, VGA, HDIM cables in Banquet area, function room.

4. To record all jobs done and recommendations in the Log Book and other forms as may be required
