- Receive and handle service booking requests from B2B clients (travel agencies, corporate partners, etc.).
- Communicate with suppliers to check availability, rates, and proceed with service bookings as per client requests.
- Ensure accurate, complete, and timely confirmations are sent to clients, and continuously update them on the booking status.
- Monitor and manage any changes during the booking process (e.g. date changes, guest name updates, cancellations, etc.).
- Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve any service issues or customer complaints (if any).
- Accurately and promptly update internal systems with all booking information.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on booking performance to the line manager.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Graduated in Hospitality, Business Administration, Economics, Tourism, Real Estate, or related fields.
- 1–2 years of experience in a Reservation position or other relevant roles in the travel and tourism industry.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with partners and clients.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of handling situations calmly and effectively.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Good command of English communication skills (especially reading and writing)
