• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and business development strategy that isaligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.• Establish, implement, manage, and develop growth in a new dealer network in both MT and B2B. Build and maintain good relationships with the assigned channelpartners. Ensure partners are motivated to drive sales in line with our expectations andsales budgets. Control costs within budget parameters with the manager.• Achieve and exceed monthly/ yearly budgets and sales growth plans. Propose annualbusiness plan. Collaborate with other departments, such as product development andfinance, to ensure that sales and business development activities are aligned with thecompany's overall strategy and EBIT.• Analyze trends in the business industry, help to develop products that are responsive tomarket demands, and identify new market opportunities.
