Manage and strengthen B2B client and business partner relationships to drive sustainable revenue growth in the Non-Life Insurance sector:1. Maintain client and business partner relationships: Proactively engage with clients and partners to ensure timely policy renewals and address any inquiries or concerns effectively.2. Drive revenue growth: Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities for existing clients based on their evolving needs.3. Provide expert insurance guidance: Offer consultations to address client concerns and secure optimal non-life insurance coverage tailored to their needs.4. Contribute to business development initiatives: Actively participate in projects focused on expanding the non-life insurance client base.

*QUALIFICATIONS- Graduation with a major in Insurance/ Economics/ Marketing is advantage.- At least 3 years of experience in the Sales/ Key Account management/ Business development/ Customer service fields.- Experience in Non-life insurance is preferable.- Fluent English is a must.- Proficiency in MS Office: Excel & PowerPoint essential.BENEFITS- Monthly allowance: Lunch, Mobile phone, Transportation- 13th-Month bonus, Performance bonus & Long-term award- Other allowances: Birthday, Public holidays, Clothing, In-patient treatment, etc.- Annual health check, Complimentary Healthcare insurance, Healthcare insurance support for family members- Activities & Parties: 2 trips/year, Annual Conference, Company Anniversary, Women’s Day, Employee Birthdays, Sports activities, etc.- Various types of Leave, up to 19 days/year, can be divided into 1/4 day or 1/2 day leave- Social/ Health/ Unemployment Insurance on full salary- Training opportunities in both technical skills & soft skills.WORKING CONDITIONS- Working location: Head office, Sun Red River Building, 23 Phan Chu Trinh, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi; or Branch office, Lim Tower 3, 29A Nguyen Dinh Chieu, Da Kao Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.- Working time:+ Monday – Friday, 8:00 – 17:00 or 8:30 – 17:30+ Work from home: 1 day/ week- Pantry room equipped with Refrigerator, Microwave, Coffee machine, Tea & Coffee- Transportation by company car & taxi for outside assignments.- Motorbike parking: In the same building
