• Sales for Wholesale & New DistributorsGuide and support new distributors in understanding LocknLock products and sales processes.• Campaign & Sales PlanningDrive sales through campaign development and distributor-specific forecasting.• Distributor Incentive ManagementManage monthly and quarterly incentive programs to drive performance.• Exclusive Product PlanningCoordinate new product proposals and develop exclusive SKUs for each channel.• Operational & Admin CoordinationWork closely with the admin team to monitor stock, debts, and support distributor operations• Develop and implement plans for onboarding and supporting new distributors.• Create and manage campaigns tailored for B2B distributors.• Identify and plan hero SKUs for each distributor.• Develop KV (Key Visual) guidelines for distributors to ensure consistency in visual representation.• Create templates for KV materials (thumbnails, Shop-in-Shop banners, landing pages).• Oversee and ensure the quality of KV materials produced by distributors.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Bachelor degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field• Good communication in English• Familiarity with E-commerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, and other local marketplaces is a plus. • Good communication skill, under high pressure, high sense of team responsibility• Ability to work individually and in groupsBENEFITS• 13th month salary and incentives based on the business results & personal achievements• Annual salary review based on performance and market benchmarks • Support allowances such as: meals, phone, transportation, …• Insurance contribution as per law and additional health insurance as per the company policy• Workshops, team building activities, year-end party.• Special discount policy for all Lock&Lock products.• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm.
