DUTIES: • Work with B2B Business Development Director to build business plan, to develop, sales strategies, sales policy for B2B partners. • Implement sales strategies and sales policies for assigned accounts. Develop adapted sales policies for different accounts to optimize the business opportunities of K+ products • Negotiate framework agreements, agreements of commercial cooperation • Propose, organize, and monitor the implementation of co-marketing operations and sales promotions with Partners • Monitor and manage target achievement • In charge of performance monitoring and reporting (target and sales records)

REQUIREMENTS: • University degree; major in economics or business administration or marketing or relevant fields. • At least five years of experience in a sales management position. • Demonstrated ability to successfully deal with decision-makers of B2B partners. • Strong relationship building capability. • Having good networking with Telcos / Pay TV players is a plus. • Strong presentation skills, leadership skills, communication skills, and negotiation skills. • Sense of financial management. • Fluent in English
