Self-improvement with huge technical documents and sharing, coaching presentations.
For senior level: Support Lead Backend Developer to manage junior/fresher members

Must:
Team Development Experience 3 years+
Experience with Node.js and Typescript 2 years+
Experience with SQL 2 years+
Experience with web application development using cloud such as AWS and GCP
Experience using containers such as Docker
Experience with automation using CI/CD tools
Experience in team development with using Git
Willingness to develop and improve services with the sense of ownership
This level able to develop under the direction of the Lead Engineer
Preferable:
Experience with API design using mock server
Experience using Graphql
Experience with GCP
Deep knowledge of database tuning
Experience with ORM libraries such as Prisma, TypeORM etc.
